I would like to know everyone's opinion on appraisals on the domain itself, no site or anything associated with them.

Visit the site for an idea of what the sites are about.

Zune is Microsoft's new mp3 player.

Not worth it.

Trademarks.

To be safe there is only one way, and to let them be without content.
Let them expire. It is not worth to do things with domains that may let some people believe they are associated to the trademark holders. About infringement etc.

Drop it unless you are a millionaire (or addicted to risks). Use your designs for other (generic domain) ideas.
