Your thought on Sedo broker professional appraisal?

What are your thoughts on sedo broker premium appraisals? Do you find that their brokers accurately value/ price your domains and have there been instances where they have rejected or undervalued a domain and you have ended up selling it for more?

Please do not waste time and money on such things. If one can not able to appraise a domain, I don't know why did someone buy that domain in the first place?

Someone buys a domain when he thinks it is available at cheaper price than its value.

the problem with paying for an appraisal is..... they'd rather take your money, than tell you that your name isn't worth the cost of an appraisal.

and... what's the point of having a broker appraise it, if they don't have a buyer who will pay that amount for it?

It's easy to say your domain could be worth, say $4K if the stars align right.
What's the likelihood of that happening ?
