My tactic is the most ancient tactic of this market, you need to have nerves of steel to use this tactic, even if you dont have nerves of steel you gotta be somethink like monk.

Well i guess that much word is enough.

My ultra, mega and awesome tactic is;

Wait and see...

There are a lot of fish in the sea and i am a predator ;)

This tactic isn't new, but it's another good one to add into your arsenal. If you're hitting Twitter, you may actually find there is more end user potential on LinkedIn. My tactics for 2015 probably won't change much - Buy, Develop/Park, and then proactively market every way I know how :)

@FPForum i know it. but this tactic still new for me. Firstly, i cannot believe i can find the right buyers by using #hashtag on twitter. Finally, after i just put some trending #hashtag on my tweet i received offer from buyers. Its happen to me in past two weeks ago.

Source: A lot of niches have a source website. Just type keyword+source. What you get is a massive database of useful info and contacts of possible buyers

PS: Tried selling a domain to a lady in Starbucks yesterday a la @Eric_Lyon but she wasnt too sure. We exchanged details though. You never know

To those successful using LinkedIn do you inbox the end user or do you see if you can find their contact details outside LinkedIn?

I know the easiest and obvious thing to do would be to just mail them within LinkedIn but since they dont know you wont that be regarded as spam?

If LinkedIn members mark such mails as spam wont that lead to your account getting closed or being told off by LinkedIn?

Exactly, you never know. Since you mentioned StarBucks; I actually frequent different StarBucks locations at least 5 or 6 days a week. I would have to say that I have averaged roughly 2 leads per week (8 per mo.) simply by socializing with people there occasionally.

The optimal location to set yourself up for conversation at a starbucks? Simple, grab the closest table with an outlet near the condiments bar (The place where people add cream, sugar, etc. to their coffee after purchase). This is the BEST networking seat in the house. You can stay powered up on your laptop / tablet / etc. using their free wifi and have the optimal spot to strike up a conversation (e.g. Wow, nice shoes. You must be in sales, huh? - or - Love your hair today, how do you get it so silky like that? - or - I used to have a suit like that when I was in the banking industry, are you a banker?).

There are literally thousands of ways to strike up a conversation and then gradually work into what one another does for a living. The prime opportunity to exchange cards and brag a little. Just don't be too pushy with trying to sell something. they are there for coffee and relaxation, not high pressure sales stress. Believe it or not, most (if comfortable with you) will sell them self. by that, i mean they will tell you how to sell them as they open up with you (Not feeling any pressure).

Worst case, is you gave it a shot and a little sharper for the next one you talk to (Learn as you go). Besides, you just gave a card away that they may look at again later or show to a friend (Branding / word of mouth).

Don't give up ;)
