I mean the time between registering or buying a domain and the final sale of it?

Of course the 'speed of a sale' (negotiations) depends on the desired sale price - but, also apart from this fact, it's an interesting question I think - which means your answers are the real interesting part of it.

i was in the hospital and was boring back in 2011
so I checked the German market and saw that a Berry Werkmeister ( known TV Showmaster ) had : wiesn-tv.de

than I registered wiesn.tv and send him an email
paid 50.-Euro got 1.500.-Euro within hours

These quick sales always amazed me as they almost didn't seem real, but it just happened to me.

A couple of weeks ago I caught one and it sold 4 days later at my BIN - just under 3k.
