The views expressed on this page by users and staff are their own, not those of NamePros.
GoDaddyGoDaddy
they were trying to make their own marketplace exclusive and in the same time looking to increase their revenue by collecting money from resubmitted domain names

they think their own seo rank and popularity were enough for driving traffic and sales, they were ignoring any other second level marketplace such as namepros, in the end majority user will decide the final fate of brandpa...

I didn't have any sales there, so i decided to sell them here. Is it wrong ?

nope, you do not wrong at all... you are the owner of those domain, you have undeniable privilege to do whatever you want, but on other side brandpa as company also need cashflow, they also have their own policy and strategic planning.

as i said, in the end majority user will be decide the fate of brandpa.... If you compare your sales and profit record percentage between brandpa and namepros (or any other marketplace) you could see which one were the best and profitable for you. If brandpa not giving good track record for you then why you had to keep it? just leave it at move to other marketplace....

when any other brandpa user learn about this, and they also comparing their trackrecord sales and decide to move out, later we could assume brandpa loose their member, and also loose their 25% commision too and eventually no body will submit their domain on brandpa... it will became the last and final conclusion then....

You agreed to an exclusivity contract, so yes it's wrong.

I think violation of terms is created on 04/05/2018

Right. I don't know why those brandable marketplaces are popular, because they are mostly there to gouge the desperate domain owner.

looks like brandable marketplace business model were so lucrative, i'm thinking about making the same business model, how about charging 1$ per domain listing, exclusivity contract, and 8% sales commision LOL

I think all the big brandable marketplaces require exclusivity. But of course you can withdraw your listings and then sell them at NamePros:

"If you decide to remove one of your domain names from our marketplace, that domain will remain listed on Brandpa for a further 30 days, during which time all terms and obligations continue to apply."

Personally, on BP I sold many rejected names but no action on listed names. Now when I see what's going on I'm taking away good names which are undervalued, I need to wait 1 month again. I already waited 1 month to list them. Waste od time.

why you have to wait for a month?
simply listed your domain name here on fix price section and then contact brandpa and let them know about your listing here, your domain name will be instantly removed from BP LOL

Maybe you should read the seller rules before you pay the $5.00. They don’t want Brandpa listed names showing up like a flea market here and thus on Google. It cheapens the name for future potential buyers.

You can sell your names on Slack, in private or remove them. You broke the rule by not removing your names before selling publicly and anybody who doesn’t like to follow the rules shouldn’t pay the listing fee and should move on.

This was talked about on the Slack channel before. I am going to assume you aren’t there?

Each brandables marketplace has a Slack channel. I suggest you join if you sell your names on brandable sites.

If more than 15 domains are selected then only a person can join slack in brandpa
