But I not have construction sites need web space and domain name.

You give me a space or a recommendation to me a free room for it?

Also you are in wrong section But seems like you are really not familiar with the forum things yet.

For free domain name you can start earning NP's for clicks which will help you earn some domain credit and then you can register your own domain name. If you want an existing domain name from someone who has already registered it and don't want it. Then you can keep checking the Free resources section here itself.

How would you make the website?
Why not go for something like Geocities which gives you a free hosting space and a geocities url too? Later when your website is up and runnin gyou could look for a domain
