Sorry I can't offer an appraisal (anything I said would be a random shot in the dark) but I will gladly be the first one to step up and confidently say that this is a darn good for dev *and* not too terribly hampered by the .org extension.

Obviously, an online Yorkies owners group, Yorkie forums, etc would be a perfect dev for something like this and would indeed monetize. People are pretty passionate about dog breeds and that's an awfully popular one.

Intuitively (again, not an expert on specific appraisals), XXX seems low, given that we've all seen orgs with inferior monetization prospects sell for more.
