EstiBot often gives exagerated estimates, I wouldn't always take figures literally - although the Bot is usually not far off when it comes to generic .coms (product/service related).

Concerning your domain, I can easily see Skirts.info selling for $1,200 to $2,000 over at a Sedo Auction. Now isn't the best time to sell though. .INFO domains will be growing alot in value over the next few years, I would hold unless you really need the funds. Try contacting, in the meantime, a few end users - there are tons of them for this gem.
