This is a sanskrit word which isnt very popular in India. In fact im sure 95+% of people wudnt have heard of it even in India.
Cant say of the value really. I think you should flip it the first chance you get as .net also hurts.

I think it's a great name, but then I'm biased. I doubt you'll get much traffic however on a parked page. I registered chit.in, aham.in, hrit.in and they don't get many visitors. If you are interested in advaita you might consider setting up a blog with Adsense ads. Is that your Godaddy parked page or is just Godaddy's own page ?
