I think your best option is development - probably you can monetize search popularity that way. Adult site for example. At current market reseller value low-mid $XX undeveloped. Enduser value could be low $X,XXX but most of extensions are parked and for sale - so, perhaps difficult to find motivated buyers.

The .com is a website and .tv seems to be doing pretty well. I think it will gain value over time, unlike my 401k lately.
