Yet ANOTHER dnbuy.net problem with transfer

I've had a few issues with dnbuy.net (an enom reseller)

which is surprising because in the past they have been very responsive. Aside from charging me for domains that are inaccesible/unavailable, they have decided not to respond to my emails?

I want to transfer about 10 domains into my enom account so I can use them on dedicated IP addresses with private nameservers, and they wont help with the transfers.

The situation is, I need dnbuy.net to cooperate so that my site will resolve. Currently Im paying for hosting on these domains and there is no website so I am losing money.

So in essence, my site is in limbo and not available until dnbuy decides to respond. All this after being a customer for about 5 years.

I called up my host to discuss and they said this type of thing is common and basically the guy is an asshole! But I still think there are good people left in the world.

Thanks alot Dnbuy, Im paying for dedicated hosting and IP addresses with no website, all because you suck at life. I've given you plenty of business over the past 5 years the least you can do is help me out.

if someone (or just the one guy name JIM) from dnbuy could just help me I'd be thankful.

I guess I'll put in an Icann complaint so if they dont do anything at least I will have some justice.

Does anyone know what to do about this?
Im embarrassed for the way this guy runs his business. :(

So, I'll send yet another unanswered support email to dnbuy and hope that some day Jim will respond to it so I dont have to drive to canada and find him.

w.t.f...

It appears as thouigh nobody is running the ship

In 2002 I switched to dnbuy because I was experiencing the same behavior with Network solutions. I was able to strike up a relationship with Jim Kerr who I beleive was the owner of DNBUY and felt comfortable doing business with DNBUY knowing that there was a person behind the machine. It now appears that Jim may no longer be with the company as the phone number I had for him no longer works and he no longer responds to emails as does anhy one else at DNBUY now. I'm having problems transfdering out my domains as I have decided to leave DNBUY.

WTF! Is right!
