DnBuy Transfer Problems

I have been trying to transfer some names from Dnbuy (Enom Reseller) to another registrar, all names have the correct administrative email addresses and have all been unlocked by me. I keep getting an email from the new registrar that DnBuy Rejected the transfers, I keep resubmitting the transfer requests and they keep getting rejected!!
I have done many other transfers to this new registrar from other registrars without any problems, also from other Enom resellers without problems so I know It's not their fault.

Now for the best part, I have been sending emails daily to DnBuy and Enom for almost a week and have yet to receive a response.
DnBuy has always been very responsive in the past so I can't figure out what the problem is.
Has anyone else had this problem? Any sugestions as to what I should do?
Thanks

I think that does indeed sum it up. I know the owner very well and have done business with him on several occasions. I am sure he will respond very quickly. As far as general support for any company goes, from the 24th - 2nd Jan always seem to be bad imo (simply because of lack of staff).

I'll direct him to this post and I'm sure he will sort it out as quick as possible :)

Steve,

I would first like to thank you for using our services and want to apologize if we were not as responsive as usual atthis time of year. It is true that our support guys have had some time off but that should not affect the transferring away of domain names. As long as there is no lock on your domains there is nothing else that we do to prevent transfers from taking place. What may be happening is the destination registrar usually sends out email notifications asking you to verify that you want to transfer your names to them. If they send this email to more than one contact in the whois record (tech, admin. billing) and someone else has access to one of these email addresses, they may deny the transfer before you have a chance to approve it. Also if the email address in the whois record is one that you do not have access to, the transfer will not take place. I suggest you change all of the email addresses listed in the whois record for your domain name to one that you know you have access to. This will ensure that nobody else denies the transfer of your name(s).

It is our policy to never block someone from transferring a domain away from us. Although some registrars view this as a loss of business we view this as an opportunity for the registrant to realize how good they had it when they were with us. Of course we don't like handing our customers over to others but we feel that as long as we leave them with a good impression of us, they may tell others which only helps us in the long term.

If you have any other questions or concerns please do not hesitate to contact me directly at (remove the ^) Ji^m@Dnb^uy.co^m.

Jim:
I received your email yesterday (12/28) requesting more infomation regarding this problem. I emailed you a list of the names involved, along wiith copies of the emails from the other registrar stating the transfers had been rejected.
Also, please note that all names have been unlocked and the contact info is corrrect.
Did you receive them? Has the problem been solved?

Steve
