Another DNBuy.com transfer problem

I have been trying to transfer names away from DNBuy as well, and I have sent emails, paypal payments, and submitted tickets without hearing anything. I would have stayed except they never answer my emails when I need them most. Maybe if they respond I can have a change of heart and stay with them....?

Someone please fwd me a phone number where I can reach them, or hopefully they see this post?

I mean comon...I sent money via paypal.

Ooh comon guys. No one can help me? I see a thread from here a few years ago and it was solved. How come this is allowed to happen? I have found numerous other stories online of how DNbuy snubs their users when they want to transfer away.

Someone please help!

They appear to be a ENOM reseller. Maybe you should contact enom if DNbuy don't reply you.

BTW: Why would you send money to them when you try to transfer your domains out?

Because they delayed the entire process and said I cannot regain access to them unless i register for another year

They are finally answering my emails. They are claiming that they do not own the domain anymore. LOOK AT THE WHOIS!!! It still is them! Am I being scammed? Should I get my paypal money back?

this is terrible. i thought i would get better service from this forum and from enom and from everyone else.

I am calling them tomorrow on the phone number that is in their whois. if this doesnt work I am going to make sure enom cuts off their service. ill let everyone know how it goes

I also have a problem with dnbuy. They have lost one of my domains that whois shows them as the registerant and have not allowed me to transfer five others. They have not answered my emails going back to Oct. 07 but did email me to renew one of the domains---I let it expire.

I am curious about your results.
