You should definitely watch out for Google, intel and Monster Cable. Those are the "bad" guys going after everybody.

"bad"????? Actually, isn't the domainers who are violating TM law the "bad" guys? These companies have to waste time and resources defending and protecting their marks against unscrupulous cybersquatters.

Ditto...the way they see it (and rightly so) is that you are trying to make profit by taking their customers. That's not "Bad" its common sense. If I was to buy a domain that was almost identical to your websites domain and took away your visitors and reduced your income, you wouldn't be too happy would you?!
