Yahoo vs Google.. which do you prefer and why?

google. loads fast, with minimum frills. mostly relevant results, although recently, the somtimes non-relevant results are starting to annoy.

Google is the biggest and baddest engine out there with MSN s to sneek up behind them in the future.....Yahoo used to get fed by Google.....then they purchased Inktomi for 235 million and I believe they use it now..end result I use Google and MSN

Google is to slow on getting sites indexed imo..Msn is very good but not as effective as google just yet,,Altivista needs to march back into the mix,,A great engine imo

Precise reasoning and choice here as well.

I very rarely use Yahoo.. it's my third choice.

Google -> Ask Jeeves -> Yahoo

I use Google as my default SE. Honestly, I think it's more a habit now than anything else. It's become comfortable over a period of time. I do check Yahoo and MSN (etc.) and have nothing against them, but it normally starts and stops with the big 'G'.

MSN does look powerfull. Give it time It may beat the mighty google, which since bragging about pagerank have been getting poorer.

I always go to google, its fast and i'm used to it and stuff just always use it, but lately Yahoo! has given better results and image results.

I asked because 99% of the search engine traffic I get on my carrieunderwood.ws site comes from Yahoo searches... I wonder what the reason is for that?

The site after a week up is already showing up on the first page results in most instances. Weird!

Google, does take a second to load, adsense and adwords programs are great. Simply the better on the net now.

googles SE is going downhill, i use, in order:

MSN and Yahoo! produce the best Results, Whereas Google hardly ever finds what i want
