I'm currently selling two fantastic looking designs that have never been used. Both layouts are super clean, and will be sold with complete rights. The first design is fully coded and comes with 3 pages.
Pricing Details:
- 3 page design, fully coded. Only $100
- Payment by paypal only.
Design Details:
- 100% unique and has never been used in a production environment.
- Includes source files.
- Buyer will receive full rights, including reseller.
- Minor changes included.*

The second design can be sold either uncoded (PSD only) or fully coded. (xhtml valid.) If you choose have it coded, I will immediately send you the source files upon payment, and will then guarantee delivery of the coded files within 2 business days. Please note that full payment must be made prior, for either option.
