domain xyr.app - Feedback on a few of my domains – Are they worth holding or dropping?

I’ve recently started investing in domain names and would love to get some honest feedback from experienced domainers.
Below are a few domains I currently hold:
*AnimeItems.com
*nanobananadesign.com
*skincarepro.shop
*xyr.app
*muvu.ca
*MyNeoAi.com
*ProCoin.exchange

i’d appreciate your thoughts on:

1. Which (if any) have potential resale value?


2. Are they worth renewing or should I drop them?


3. Any advice on pricing or marketplaces that fit these types of names?

Just a few tips:

1. Max 2 words on .com starting out
2. Single word in non-com but I would avoid until you learn more.
3. Try to get .com with $2000+ Godaddy appraisal and at least 5 extensions registered.
4. Single word non-com in 100+ extensions
5. Avoid plurals, -ing and -ed

These are just general guidelines to weed out the junk, but not guaranteed to be profitable.

I would watch all the Domain Sherpa episodes on YouTube and keep learning.

Use Namebio to check past sales for any keywords you are considering.

I would drop all of these domains, none are worth holding imo.

The only domain that is even close to being ok is ProCoin.exchange but it would need to be:

Pro.exchange or
Coin.exchange

ProCoin is registered in 40 extensions, but no public sales for "Procoin" in any extension. With 1000's of extensions your chances are slim for a sale.
