XtraFile.com Logo Contest, Win lots of prizes + $20!

Hello all,
I co-own a site called xtrafile.com. It currently sells a script called XtraUpload. As you can probaly see i need a logo. But unfortunatly due to server costs i have no money to offer as a prize. Here is what i am offering as a prize for this contest:

Added: $20 Via PayPal to the Winner

1. The domain name Mega-File.com
2. The logo I created for that site (including all PSDs)
3. 1 year license for XtraUpload PRO
4. 1 year License for XtraImageHost ( Curently in beta, go here to check it out)
5. 1 year License for any other script we make in the future.
6. Full Transferability of the XtraUpload and XtraImageHost License ( only one transfer per license)
7. one link of your choice on all pages of the xtrafile main site. ( PR5 Site)

Here are just a few examples of what you can do with this.

1. take the scripts and the domain and setup the site
2. do the above then sell th esite and the licenses
3. sell them individually

the choice is yours.

Rules:

Must be clean and professional.
Submissions will be accepted for 10 days, then i will decide the winner.
upon recipt of prizes the winner transfers all rights of the image to xtrafile.com

Did you know your script has already been released as a 0-day? I found it a couple of days ago on a forum. Crazy seeing the guy who made it here.

@fried-chicken: Should have some type of image to go along with it. sometign customers will rembemer when they see it.

@Poter: good logo image, the font looks a little to ruffled and to thick

@Jonny: love the colors, the font is a little to thin and square for my likeing.

All are good so far, keep it up.
The contest ends on 06/27/2006 so you got some time.

There is no limit for the number of entries per person, but there is only one winner.

No problem later tonight / early tomorrow morning I can change the font around, mick also change the "Tick" sign and I will do a version with a folder image instead of a file.
Or maybe a folder with a file coming out of it.
Will see what I can do.

the folder with the file sounds good.but when you make the PSD make the folder 2 layers so if you win i can add stuff to the folder

the contest ends 3 days after i get back so i will have some time to go through the submissions and suggest revisions. BTW personally i like lightly embossed text ( see the logo i designed above ) nothing that stands out that much but enugh to know thats its not just plain text. look at the megafile logo to see what i mean.

well i like the fact that it encorperates 2 different things into one but like i said in a earlier post i would prefer it to have something to do with Scripting, files, PHP, etc.
