XtraFile.com Logo Contest, Win lots of prizes + $20!

Hello all,
I co-own a site called xtrafile.com. It currently sells a script called XtraUpload. As you can probaly see i need a logo. But unfortunatly due to server costs i have no money to offer as a prize. Here is what i am offering as a prize for this contest:

Added: $20 Via PayPal to the Winner

1. The domain name Mega-File.com
2. The logo I created for that site (including all PSDs)
3. 1 year license for XtraUpload PRO
4. 1 year License for XtraImageHost ( Curently in beta, go here to check it out)
5. 1 year License for any other script we make in the future.
6. Full Transferability of the XtraUpload and XtraImageHost License ( only one transfer per license)
7. one link of your choice on all pages of the xtrafile main site. ( PR5 Site)

Here are just a few examples of what you can do with this.

1. take the scripts and the domain and setup the site
2. do the above then sell th esite and the licenses
3. sell them individually

the choice is yours.

Rules:

Must be clean and professional.
Submissions will be accepted for 10 days, then i will decide the winner.
upon recipt of prizes the winner transfers all rights of the image to xtrafile.com

question... why would a logo designer want a logo you made? A bit of a useless prize, eh? And couldn't you just get a free image upload php script on hotscripts? What is so special about the upload script you are giving as a prize?

1. I am offering this as a "Turnkey" Prize and therefore i am including everything that i have for that domain.
2. The logo is included for the above reason. use it, edit it, whatever.
3. yes you could, but this image hoster is one of the much better ones ( quote from customers and betatesters )
4. All details about the upload script can be found on the main page of our site
5. A incomplete list of features for the image hoster can be found here.
6. With the licenses come a year of dedicated support and upgrades

@Aftermath: ya i know about it, but that was the first beta release and it has improved lots sence then. and i really could care less about the fact it was uploaded, it is license protected so what are they gonna do? download it then have the system tell them they cant use it? lol

Alright, here is my entry, feedback is appreciated, just tell me what to change.

As you can see, you can use basically any color, so it would work on any background.

@davisjaron: I would Prefer it is there was a logo "image" as well - like jonny's entry. Perhaps you can do somethiing cool with the X-F Part of the name.

@Mundi: I really dont plan on using the color red in my future site design so can you change the font color? The the color of the arrows on the logo image is fine. Also less shadow would be a little easier on the eyes. BTW, in my opinion your watermark is way to dark. try setting the opacity to around 15-20%

@Jonny: Looking good, but could you make the file part of it white with compacted lines so it looks like a text document? I think white would be a good contrast. Also th efolder color should be more of a manilla.( Like a light yellow with some orange in it)

Well im outa here. Keep posting updates so this thread dosent die while im away and ill be back sunday! All entries are great and i am sure there will be more to see when i get back.

Jonny's one has a theme to it... looks pretty good..
Text could be closer together a bit..
Saves Th3 Day, you may consider the colors, to match the site a little..same for Poter.

davisjaron, yours is fine too and will be considered.
