Double Contest Logo Redesign for UltimatePhotoshop.com - Cash Prize

Here is the current contest going on at UltimatePhotoshop.com

As you can see, the UltimatePhotoshop.com logo is pretty weak. The reason I call this a double contest because two prizes will be awarded. The first contest/prize is for the actual logo, which is the top portion and the winner of this contest will receive $10 via paypal. The second contest/prize is for the slogan which is where the white text is currently located and the winner of this one will receive $5 via paypal. Members can submit a logo, a slogan, or both. I will choose the winner of the logo and the slogan. The same member could win both prizes or different members could win each. Good luck to all

Guidelines
**Must Be A Registered Member, if not go to UltimatePhotoshop.com and sign up.
**Must have a paypal account. No paypal equals no payment
**Logo Dimensions must be 349 * 58
**Logo Must adhere to current color scheme and utilize the same background color that is up there right now
**Slogan Dimensions must be 349 * 30
**Slogan must be white text and same background color that is up right now (the reason for this is because the slogan part of the contest is based on the quality of the slogan not the graphic quality)
**Slogan and Logo must be in JPEG format

Entries must be posted at UltimatePhotoshop.com before Midnight EST, April 7th
Multiple entries are allowed
Winners will be determined by Monday, April 10th
