I have decided to sell this website that i was planning to keep but I changed my mind . This is due to me starting another project as well as the fact that 4 websites and college is way too much!

Traffic/Hits
Due to having exams at this time i have been unable to look after the site for about 2-3 weeks. Its a real shame as i was hitting 6,000 uniques a day at its peak. I've let it sink and its not only receiving like 100 uniques a day which i am personally disappointed about.

Revenue:
At its peak , it earned around 8-10$ a day. I have evidence of this. At the current moment revenue is really low averaging maybe less than 1$ a day.

How easy is it to look after?
I have customised the design and it uses a blog system if though it doesn't look like it. Its so easy to keep and with a few article writers the spiders(engines) would be after the site every minute.

With a bit of hardwork you could easily get it back up to where it was before. Remember the Xbox 360 hasn't even been released yet so imagine the traffic coming in when it has been?!!! I wish i could work on this site i really do its hard to let it leave after such a short time.

How long has site been Running?

If you have a bit of extra cash , and some time i recommend buying this. Its easy to look after. Even if you buy it at BIN price and manage to promote it and get it to where it was in the S.E. before it will only take you 50 days to make the money back from the site and then you can look to make PROFIT!

I was developing it. It had around 130 members and 500 posts. Then a jealous admin , deleted all members and pruned all threads and used the default database to restore (from phpbb basic install). I will have to start from scratch. I still have the designs and what ever for it. As soon as i get some free time i will build it up. I was thinking of selling that as well. But i can't sell it in the state its in. Its just unfair. That was earning around the same as the site above.

Ah, I was going to post this in the main thread but ... Didn't want to discourage people. I did contact Microsoft just after i bought the domain as i was worried. They contacted me back around 3 weeks ago saying that they would look into it.

They haven't contacted me back yet which I presume means everything is fine. If they didn't like it the domain I pointed out in the email i would gladly hand over the domain. They seem to be fine with it. :cy:

Current Highest Bid is 260$ and I agree, this is a fantastic investment. I wish i could keep hold of it. Just haven't got the time! Darn!
