I could see this name going for high xxx to low x,xxx or more right now even in the .net, especially considering the development you have done so far. With more work it will only increase in value. I would suggest though, spending some time working on the site design. I think the name deserves a top notch looking website, that will help you increase your repeat visitor rate. With a design overhaul you should also generate ad revenue because the ad placements, sizes, and colors could be changed to maximize ctr. The more revenue you can show, the more you can expect to sell the name for. The difficult part is proxy owners don't want to buy the pricey name rather than unused fresh cheap .info domains.

I wonder the excess seo effect especially for proxy site, it's just increase the danger of blocking. The whole price depends on your traffic, traffic sources and if your site is blocked.
