I've had this site for awhile but now that I have www.paparoach.net under my belt, I'm no longer interested in this site and am currently entertaining offers:

Custom design.

Revenue isn't much but as anyone can tell you, CPC is dying. You'd make more money with this site if you used an eBay feed.

Domain is at Godaddy, expires next year. Hosting is at HotGator,com. The monthly fee has been paid recently so you don't have to worry about that for awhile.

Buyer will be given full control of the hosting account, after which the buyer can keep the host or move the site & cancel the hosting.

Possible but unlikely. Most TM owners do not go after the owners of fan sites. If you need more edification, look at all the Myspace websites (with myspace directly in the domain) who make money off their TM. It's usually not something pursued. TM owners only seem to care if you muddy their image
