I have www.JointVentureHQ.com, with a full-featured online community/forum/bookstore/download area, etc dedicated to helping people get started and get ahead in joint ventures and other online busines opportunities. It is still under construction, but the concept is good and so is the name, so whatcha think?
Would it be wiser to build the site, then sell it as soon as the site is finished. Or to build the site and let it get established then sell it. Or just sell the domain with or w/o the under construction site? (There is more than what is on the site now... just haven't uploaded)
