Has a small fanbase.
The game Habbo is an incredibly popular online 2d flash game with well over 1 million dedicated users.
Apart from this, as far as I know all the other habbo domains are owned by Sulake (Habbo Hotel's owner).
With a larger fanbase, what could this domain be worth?

Trademark issues:
"HABBO is a registered trademark of Sulake Corporation Oy"
(first hit on Google for habbo+trademark)

So i'd say 0$ on this one.
