The keywords are good, but unless you are talking about war reparations or something else international, the .us extension really hurts. On the other hand, as you've probably read in this forum, it always depends on finding that "right" buyer or a domain reseller who thinks he can flip for a profit. Ask yourself what business would buy the name...how much would you pay for it beyond the registration fee?
There may be a niche or a special buyer out there, maybe an insurance company or other claim-paying company. There also might be a demand for by an attorney or someone who wants to find claims to pursue. (But the .us still hurts.)
Most likely, if you get offers, they will be for under $100. Hope you get luckier than that, though.
