I would appraise this domain differently, if we were at the start of wi-fi era. Nowadays, with the li-fi in the horizon, it will getting harder and harder to sell this. It's a nice name, but if you check namebio, you will see that the ''wifi'' sales are going lower and lower over time (.to version sold for low $xxx 2018-03-15) See here

According to what i stated above, i would say $xx strictly, mid $xxx in the best case. The negative point for you is that you need at least a low $xxx sale to hit your reg fee, as .ly extension is expensive (high registration fees & renewal fees)
