Would really appreciate an appraisal. I'm also fairly new to this since this is the first domain I ever bought.

TokyoCafes could do well as a GEO domain -- as it deals with a specific location or place.

Now with your particular domain -- in my opinion it would be preferable to own "TokyoCafe.com" as it markets directly to one entity or business.

With TokyoCafes -- you open up your market now to use as a forum, tourist site, or small business looking to market out some of the local venues in Tokyo.

With domains and domaining -- it is advisable to be patient as many of your registrations may take time to sell directly to an end user. However it would not hurt to do a few google searches and send some emails out in regards to your domain!~

If you are looking for a specific resale price, I would have to say as .COM is more liquid that you would be looking towards XX -- XXX if sold direct to an end user.
