Ive had 2 skins made by this guy, 1 he did fine the other he never completed for me so just a warning don't pay before he gives you the final product.

as with all forum skins - YOU had a chance to PREVIEW the skin BEFORE it was delivered.

Yeah you gave me the skin for a preview and said if it was ok or not, I then said a email back with the changes, then didn't get a email back after a few weeks and I emailed you maybe 4 times, I filled a paypal complaint against you. Never got anything back because paypal don't give anything back if virtual goods are incomplete.
I don't know whether it was a mistake on your part of you purposely did it however, I know that I paid for a skin that was never completed.
