Yeah, problem is I paid $40 for a vB skin made to my website, first one was ok see ForumGuru.net || Your Source For Your Forum Needs however the second one I wanted doing I got a rough draft and then he left it after that. A few weeks later after he said it would be done I filed a paypal dispute, never got my money back, so just watch out.
