A bit of background before we start.
I am the original founder of both vidtomp3.com and fetchmp3.com which are huge youtube video to MP3 converters.
I am looking to expand once again on this concept to develop a new kind of interface for the niche.
I am looking for someone that has a great knowledge with Flash and possibly Java.
The basic idea to do process completely client side audio stripping.
