WTH: PHP Developer familiar with GSS!

As the title states, I need someone who is capable of altering a template that was inherently intended for a forum, and integrating it into GameSiteScript for an arcade. If need be, I may be able to revise most of the template to reflect an arcade myself. The integration, however, is the cause of concern in this instance. If you are completely alienated from this script, this assignment may not be for you. I am seeking an affordable individual, who will be able to complete the task at hand in a timely manner.
