I am looking for a cheap programmer that offer great quality coding.
I am wanting to have a specific search engine script developed.
My budget is about $300.

As I stated via PM. Having a script written from scratch for $300 is unlikley. You could use some open source tools like,

http://www.mnogosearch.com/

You'll need a dedicated server for production use.

My previous remarks were not meant to be rude, just calling it like I see it. If your a programmer, you should know experience is not cheap.

I have recieved offers from good programmers within my budget.
I should also say this would most likely be an on going project as I will probably require updates, and addons.
