Established WTB: Website earning revenue

I want to buy a non-turnkey website that earns decent revenue, my budget is $400.

I want only websites that earn a stable income, not something that will dissapear real soon, and proof with it.

Nothing that takes payments via paypal though, i dislike paypal very much.

I will be paying by moneybookers.
