[WTB] Text Links on PSP Related Website

I want to advertise on a established PSP related website.

I need a text link on a visible spot (no footer or way below the fold) and must appear sitewide. Minimum traffic of 1,000 uniques per day.

PR will be an asset but im more interested on driving traffic.
