WTB: Sites with TRAFFIC. Computer/Videogame/Entertainment preferred

I'm looking to buy a couple sites with traffic here's the requirements:

1) Computer/videogame/entertainment preferred, but show me what you've got if it meets the rest of the guidelines

2) 3 months consistent traffic of 100-1000 uniques per day

3) Sustainable traffic. If all the traffic is from your network or ppc campaigns, I'll know, and I don't want that type of site.

4) PR1+

5) I'd prefer to pay by paypal
