Established [WTB] Sites making $ with adsense (5k budget)

I'm looking for sites making money with adsense. I'm willing to pay up to 10-12x monthly revenue if it is a great site, otherwise I'm looking to pay 5-8 months revenue. I would like automated sites if possible, but will put in 10-15minutes of work max per day.

Show me what you have. I can boost my budget for the right site.
