So I want to buy a some what of a low maintenance site making 200 dollars a month.

Depending on the cost of running it I will offer you the sale price. But most likely it will be in the High XXX range and low XXXX range. So 750 dollars - about 1500.

Income must come from adsense and you must have 3 months proof of both adsense income and traffic.

Also you must show source of traffic.

I have a site making $50 Adsense plus $100 Clickbank per month. But I'll tell you straight up that I could get more than what you're offering over at the major site auction sites (I'm thinking of one, anyway).

Especially for Adsense only sites, you're looking at forking over 24 months income which would be around the 5 grand mark.

Unless you find a truly desperate seller, you won't find anyone selling at such a low price.

I have site who making 500-600$ a month all payments come from affiliates.
If you a ready to pay 5000$ I can sell, that is revenue for 10 months.
Also I want to sell because I change the country where I live and is not possible right now to lifted limit to my paypal.
