I am looking to buy very nice looking turnkey websites with nice layouts. I'd prefer to pay less than $30, but if the site is very good I wouldn't mind paying up to $50. I prefer websites targetted toward average people, not just webmasters. By average people I mean sites like pets, pregnancy, etc...
