These are turnkey sites like Prozilla/Dotcombuilder.

Others may have the same site, but you can change the layout or colors and make it your own.

Most people buy these sites for the backend script.

Just a caution if you're not an "authorized partner": if you're selling the scripts without a valid domain name, it's generally unhealthy for both sellers and buyers as it's against the usual reseller rules.

For example, on www.turnkeyzone.com it says and I quote:

All demo's on this site are under license aggreement. They may not be sold without a valid domain name unless by an authorized partner. Please address all questons to [email protected]

The same restriction is placed on most reseller rights for other companies. Transactions are legal only when sold with a relevant domain. My $0.02

thanks drmaximus for saying that. I have been seeing these types of Post all over and its kill us. Being one of the 1st online with dotcombuilder and prozilla and having the highest key word rank with "turnkey businesses" on leading internet search engines it kills us to see these low ball sales.

With no disrespect mantra at lease others on the board are adding a domain and hosting and selling for 30 plus.

Post likes this kills the business for all others trying to make it with these programs
