WTB: Junk, but working vehicle.

I'm looking for a very cheap vehicle to buy, because I'm having some problems right now with getting my parents to put me on their insurance so I can save myself from paying 700 bucks a month in only liability insurance. So I have to find the cheapest rust bucket I can find to lower that cost even the slightest.

I was just wondering if anyone of you guys on the East coast would have a car you'd like to sell me thats in less than horrible condition but runs. Thanks you guys.
