What you consider to be "low end" is not what others would consider low end. Maybe you should be more specific in your requests.

Can you provide a general price guide? For example, if our Keyword1Keyword2.com receives 100 exact Google searches per month, how much would you likely offer (ballpark)? How about 1000 exact searches? etc. I have a portfolio of keyword-heavy names but I need to figure out whether assembling them in a PM wih prices is worthwhile.
