Template Needed

Here is what I need - I have a site at http://www.golfmonitor.com. I downloaded a template for Joomla, but no longer want to use Joomla. However, I like the site template. Instead I'm going to just hard code the components and pages of the site that I need.

So, I need someone to make me a duplicate of the template that isn't related or connected to the Joomla content.

I don't know much about templates etc., but I guess I just want all of the images, CSS, basic layout code etc saved in a template file of some sort. Just pretend I was buying this template off template monster and didn't have any connection to Joomla.

Please provide quote and lead time.
