Established WTB: Car Community

I have an interest in a car community and I want to buy one. It should be mostly forum-based, preferrably vB however, anything else should be fine.
If it is vB, take in consideration that I will cover the license cost.

My budget is anywhere from really low xx, xxx to low xxxx.

I do not mind if it has any income, but some decent wouldn't hurt. At least a decent community, that is all.
