i am seeking someone to design me a basic blog design. all that is needed is a header, main, footer and background. you would only need to create the background, while the header/main/footer will just be shapes (which i'll let u know how i want it to look). the main section needs to stretch vertically with the design to as much content i put on it. it needs to be coded so that i can easily edit it by adding in content. contact me for more information. i am looking to not spend more then $20 on this project. it is basic. payment is sent via paypal. provide a portfolio if possible.
okay perhaps i was unclear.
the template i want would look like this .. a header/main/footer .. the main needs to stretch vertically with content added to it. the look of it i want like this.
the designers part would be to create a flowing background, create that template .. and code it.
i need to be able to edit the header/footer in photoshop, and be able to add content (text and pictures) inside the main section.
