You may want to consider raising your budget if you're looking for age, PR1+ and backlinks...

I will try like this first.
I'm not looking for any nice name, or short domain.
It can be anything...

More realistically, you have to ask yourself why anyone would want to sell you a name they have had and/or been working with for at least two years, for a mere $15, which is essentially less than two years worth of RegFees? Unless someone is looking to take a loss and are wanting to dump a name they would otherwise let expire in the coming weeks or months, it is highly unlikely you will get much response, if any, outside of the aforementioned.

You will probably fare better looking for HandRegs of newly expired names that have at least two years of history behind them, and potentially some associated backlinks. Or, you may try GoDaddy's Closeout Auctions. There you can find the kind of lower-level names you are looking for in the $12-$15 range, sometimes even less.

Hard to say, really. In the end, the budget amount is only what you are willing to pay. We are just trying to be helpful by the suggestions provided in the prior posts. The requirements for the type of names you are requesting make the names more valuable than a RegFee price. Would you sell any of your names for a year or two registration cost? If so, then what is the purpose of having them to begin with?

I think you are on the right track as far as what you are looking for. However, you just need to match that with a more appropriate budget. What that budget is can only be determined by how serious you are and how badly you want the names. Ask yourself what are you honestly willing to pay and give a range that fits that amount. If it is truly only $15, then you should hit eBay, GD closeouts, drop lists, etc. It is just not too probable that anyone will want to accept $15 for a two year old name with PR and backlinks.

As a heads up, you have to list something as a budget per forum rules. $midxx, $xxx are examples that would be fine.
