Established WP niche site (Cool short .com domain) - findwp(dot) com

I am looking to sell this site which I am not able to update regularly. Any site requires regular update in order to perform well in search engine.

The domain is registered at Godaddy and still have 10 months to go. It has 3 articles which I published at the time of setting up the site and they are unique!

The domain name is a nice catch for someone who wants to create site in WP niche.
