I want to host proxy sites on the server but I don't know how to install/run etc. a server... if I pay the money can you install everything and just give me cpanel (or some admin panel.) access to where I can add the domains and get ftp access since that's all i need?
If yet I would be interested in the Pentium 4 3.0GHz With Hyper Threading Technology for $70/month.

Hello mmelen,

These servers are completely unmanaged but I would be happy to install and run the proxy on the box. Remember that proxys can get into many legal issues, so make sure you get a proxy script which does not allow hotlinking, otherwise your bandwidth would be wiped out extremely fast.

DirectAdmin seems to be best fit too your needs.
