Camron how about I can be able to get my server rebooted ? and Or support from your other site .... ( http://www.selectbyte.com/support.php It does not exist..... )

Help is needed I need the server back up this is the 3rd time its down and we have not been with you one month yet.....

How can PlatinumServerManagement.com assist me manage my server when we cannot get any support from ... selectbyte.com ?

What kind of operation are you running ? nearly 18 hours down now ? And still no reply ....

You have cost us in this time a minimum of $175 so far... you have one big unhappy client right now ....

all our hosted clients are climbing all over us ....

I would not mind but this is 3 times in 2 weeks we have been down....

Please do not come back with we provide server do not manage it like you have he last twice ...

our server management team cannot manage something thats not up and cannot manage something to get it back up when you cannot be contacted....

Hi Otto.

That is because their support page is not working, I even emailed sales there but no response.

If you can help us out that would be appreciated mate, I will be having a word with Camron later because we do not accept shit service, we have been down for 18 hours now.

The price we are paying per month we cannot accept that, this is the longest we have ever been down since the advent of the site.

Even -YaYa- with his non existant customer support was not as bad as this.

It seems that there is some kind of hardware failure. The PSU won't work, your server will be up with a new PSU in 1-2 hours of time.

Also, I don't know where Camron went so... and I am about to go away.

And also, I left a message in Camron's voice message box and he should be able to follow up on this case when he comes back in 1-2 hours of time. Sorry that I can not help you guys further as I am not an official staff and have no physical access to the servers.

almost 24 hours down this time .... Not good He best have some sort of answers
We have Lost approx $250 in the downtime :( Someone needs to account for this.....

But I do believe this server is unmanaged? I don't know what Camron has to say about this. When I wanted to purchase a server from him, he said that the server is completly unmanaged and reboots were done for free as favours.

I have no word on this as I don't know how Camron runs the business.

Well we have a management company but someone has to be available to reboot it if there is a problem as our management company cannot do that.

I am unsure what you were running or testing on the server but we have had techs since last night working on it trying to get it to boot. I will get you back asap, and a discount for the next month, if it was an issue on our side, otherwise we are trying to get it booted.

I apologize for not responding sooner but my techs were working on it but do not have access to my namepros account or the ticket center.

Thank you Camron, please sort this out ASAP we have now been down for 26 hours at an estimated loss of $280.

We need a reliable server, that is why we pay you upwards of 130 dollars a month sir.

If we are going to have continual problems (we've had 3 so far in as many weeks) then we will have to move. We just moved from YaYa because of hopeless support.

All our sites and people hosting with us are down, we're having to field a lot of shit at the moment. One guy even cancelled his monthly subscription adding insult to injury. :td:

Sort it out please mate I don't know if I can handle my site being down for 24 hours again.

We know it's an unmanaged server but there has to be someone able to reboot it at source as our management team have no access to it.
