Wow! Five New Features At Namepros This Week!

NamePros will be unveiling five brand-new, groundbreaking, business making, fun and rewarding features this week for site members!

1. YOUR OWN DOMAIN SALES SITE ~ Monday (today, shortly!) & Tuesday

2. -------- ------ ----------- ~ Wednesday (WHOA! :o )

3. --- --- ----- -------- ~ Thursday

4. -------- ------- ------ ~ Soon as possible, want to get it right, sorry for the delay! (Top Secret Development! )

I can't spill it all away right now, so be sure to check back to see all the new developments. The updates will be right here in this thread. I guarantee this will be an exciting week around the boards!

IMHO, the "static" nature of the new Domain Sales sites are meant to help assist members with their marketing needs. For instance, I'm going to utilize URL Forwarding strategically for some of my domain names directly to my new Sales site, as well as refer it out to potential End user "leads", as well ... those which we always discuss in the Appraisals, for instance.
The "dynamic" nature of the existing Namepros Sales/Auctions threads perhaps may be more geared to Wholesale and/or "Quick Sale" ... and naturally, the User would have the option of optimally positioning their domains as to their needs, desires ... completely flexible!
Threads, posting, PM's and so forth will be the same ... the Sales sites are simply an extension of the potential viewership of your "Domain Names for Sale" and for those marketing purposes. It'll now be easier for folks off of the Namepros site to find and contact you directly here (which, over time, may also boost the visibility of the existing dynamic Sales/Auctions threads) ... this is an *enormous potential* if continually (and collectively) targeted properly and effectively, as I see it. Internal (Namepros site) communications between members need not be through the new offering.

Suggestion (though I believe this is already "in the works"):

That numeral being the Namepros Buyer/Seller *rating*, of course.
An expansion (and definition) of this upon the User's personal "Domain Sales Site", figuring many of those that may visit may not know what it even means, at first blush.
Very exciting stuff, and am finally off to bed.

Excellent enhencement to NP!

It might be a good idea to list a domain in both upper case AND lowercase. Doing so allows any typos (l and 1, I and i, etc.) to be quite obvious. Just like you do it in your script...

BTW, if I am brave enough to speak on behalf of the entire NP community, I would say if there is anything we can to do help, let us know. I am sure many of us here at NP would love an opportunity to give back to the NP community. On a personal note, if I could be of any help, I am only an email away...

Hmmm, I agree with pretty much all the comments. I have included about 30 domains in mine, just to give it "some" flava. You can find it at the bottom of any of my posts, in the "tag" line

I'm pretty sure i know of 2 more of those enhancements but the other 2 baffle me..... (feels like christmas all over again!)

Also, if anyone has any thoughts or ideas for how the "user domain sales" site should look, can u drop me a PM with some examples, as I might put together some custom designs for NP

The NamePros domain marketplace provides a central location for all NamePros users to list their domains. The marketplace domains will be promoted separately outside of NamePros to domain buyers as well!

Add your domains at the same place as your personal sales site at http://www.namepros.com/portfolio.php

I just went to the new main "Namepros Domain Marketplace" and entered a SEARCH for "surfing" (knowing it to be one of the keywords utilized when I listed at my personal "Domain Sales Site" the domain "CoolSurfing.com".
And BAM, there it is for all to view!

1 domains found.

Displaying 1 thru 1
Domain name Minimum offer Target Price Status
coolsurfing.com $100.00 $1,000.00 Available

This means that your domains are automatically uploaded into the new "Domain Marketplace", as well ... and that entering keywords is an important ingredient in assisting folks to locate your domain names for sale, IMHO.
